IdentIA Terms of Service
Last updated: March 18, 2026
Welcome to IdentIA, an Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solution ("The Service"). By accessing or using IdentIA, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
1. Description of Service
IdentIA provides centralized tools for authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), sovereign identity management, and forensic audit logging for multiple platforms and corporate entities. The service is provided "as is" and based on technical availability.
2. User and Client Responsibilities
For the purposes of these terms, two main roles are defined:
- Client/Administrator: The legal entity or person integrating IdentIA into their technological infrastructure.
- End User: The individual using IdentIA credentials to access the Client's authorized applications.
2.1. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Clients are responsible for following technical implementation guides, especially mandatory RSA signature validation and secure management of Client Secrets.
2.2. Lawful Use and Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to use the service for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or organization-unauthorized purposes.
- Conducting stress tests or vulnerability scans without prior authorization.
- Attempting to bypass security controls or reverse-engineer IdentIA protocols.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, fraud detection algorithms, logos, and trademarks of IdentIA are the exclusive property of Multipacha and its associates. Use of the service grants a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license, strictly for the purposes of the service.
4. Availability and Service Level (SLA)
We strive to maintain an annual uptime of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted. IdentIA reserves the right to perform preventive maintenance, which will be notified at least 24 hours in advance in case of critical impact.
5. Audit System (Chatter Engine)
By using IdentIA, the user acknowledges and accepts that every identity interaction (login, password change, profile modification) generates an immutable audit record. These records are the property of the Client and are used to ensure forensic traceability required by international security standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdentIA shall not be liable for:
- Damages resulting from poor integration by the Client (e.g., failing to validate JWTs).
- Loss of access due to security compromises on end-user devices.
- Interruptions due to failures in third-party infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
7. Modifications and Jurisdiction
IdentIA reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. These terms are governed by the local laws corresponding to Multipacha's registered office, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
